But why?

When the Internet was new, fresh and upcoming everyone wanted a website, it was seen as a new fangled way to improve and promote your business. Companies appeared almost overnight out of nowhere selling all manner of new products no one had every heard of, months later no one could even remember hearing of those companies; it was the dot com era.

Today the Internet has a more solid foundation but there are still companies out there that have a website because "everyone else has one." Fully of flashy text and annoying banners, images, mouse trails and page transitions that make a certain frog look calm and collected.

So here I am to try and help resolve this problem, I won’t create you a site that has the latest and greatest flash animations, that is unless you really ( and I do mean really) want it, or a site with annoying adverts, pop up links, scrolling text and banner adverts that change every two seconds.

What I will create is a simple, neat, clean, effective and most importantly professional site for you or your business that you feel happy and comfortable with.

So if you’re in a band, a freelancer like myself or just want your own blog to have a rant about life, check the site out and get in tough to see what I can do for you.

About Me

Based in Glasgow on the West coast of Scotland possibly isn’t the Internet hub of the world or even Europe, but Glasgow is classed as one of the trendiest city in Europe making it an ideal place to be creative.

With a background in media and broadcasting as well as technology and electronics I can not only add style to the content but I can understand it technically as well, which is very useful when the clients ask for video and audio to be included on the site, without requiring a huge download by the visitor.

Recent Open University and microsoft courses have helped to polish up my skills allowing me to adapt to the ever changing environment that is the World Wide Web.

That’s not to say that I’m a complete geek, I enjoy skiing during the winter months when the conditions in Scotland allow it, as well as the other Scottish favourite pastime of an alcoholic beverage every now and again. I’m also a keen film enthusiast and have interests in photography putting me in what I feel is an ideal position to design and create websites.

But I dont understand

And to put it quite simply you don’t really need to. I will do all the jargon busting for you so you don’t need to bother, what I wont do that some other companies will, is try and pull the wool over your eyes just because you don’t understand.

I’ll work with you to produce a site that fits what you want whether it is a blog, a forum, a content management system, a brochure site or the whole lot combined together.

I’ll do all the coding, image, video and audio compression as well as any potential design so that you don´t have to, all I do ask is that you provide some text in paragraphs to help add the content you want to the site.

If required I can provide the whole deal for as little as £100 for a whole year, meaning you won’t have to do a thing other than sit back relax and tell me what you like, don’t like and any other ideas you have lingering at the back of your mind, feel free to express your creativity with out having to convert it to the web, I’ll do that.
